A while back, someone posted a message about a Fortran to C code
converter called f2c.  I think the poster was daw@newsh.alt.com,
but I'm not sure.  My mail to that address bounced.  Anyway, this
piece of code is rumored to live on NETLIB, but I haven't been
able to locate it.  DOes anyone know of such a program and
how to get it?
