Subject: How to import postscript files into a word processor?

If I print a MS Word file into a postscript file, how can I get that file back
to Word format?  If I just opened that file using Word, it will be treated just
like plain text file.

Generally speaking, is there anyway to put postscript files into another
application?  I guess there must be someway to do it.  Any help will be
appreaciated.  BTW, is there a good postscript previewer for Mac?  Thanks.
