I presently have both versions 3 and 4 of Microsoft Word installed.
When I attempt to open a version 3 document I get a dialog box with
"does not match format, will be opened as text" or some such thing.
The only way I have found to open these is to first open Word 4.0 and
then open the 3.0 documents under the file menu.

Any way to change a 3.0 document into a 4.0 document? I have tried
copying, saving as, etc but the new document is still a 3.0 document.

Tips will be appreciated.
