It does everything I'd want for writing a technical thesis... Except allowing references to be listed at the end of the document, rather than at the bottom of the page. Does anyone have any experience with FrameMaker, and is there any way to get it to list the "footnotes" at the end of the document? It seems strange for a program which includes a phenomenal equation formatting program, only useful in technical documents, to not allow this, since most papers submitted to journals, and most technical books, list their citations at the end of the paper.
