Since I've not seen "If Monks Had Macs" I'm not sure this is what you're 
asking for, but there is a Pinball game, with construction features, 
available from SoftDisk Publishing in Shreveport, LA.  They provide a 
subscription service which sends you a bunch of stuff on diskette each 
month.  Much of it appears to me to be cleaned up versions of other things 
I've already seen on the net.  "PinBuild" appeared on the Issue #28
