Since I've not seen "If Monks Had Macs" I'm not sure this is what you're asking for, but there is a Pinball game, with construction features, available from SoftDisk Publishing in Shreveport, LA. They provide a subscription service which sends you a bunch of stuff on diskette each month. Much of it appears to me to be cleaned up versions of other things I've already seen on the net.
