Similarly, I have scads of PS files, which at the moment I send to the printer
using an in-house tool.  Since the LaserWriter driver puts out PS, then
PrintMonitor queues it up for sending... why shouldn't I be able to manually
insert my raw PS documents into the print queue?

The big question is, Apple went to the trouble to add a "Print to PostScript
File" switch in the dialog box.  What do they expect us to do with the PS
if it can't be pushed back into the PrintMonitor?  [Not that I'm complaining
-- the PostScript File option is beyond useful.]
