I am looking for an init/cdev/utility/whatever that will allow me to 
make Superpaint pictures and gif files into background pictures on
my desktop, then show them.  Is there such a beast available at the 
archives for ftp-ing?  If so, could someone point me toward it?
If not, could someone give me info anyway?
