It has been posted at least on CompuServe and GEnie (I'm not sure if it's on sumex-aim.stanford.edu already). It's an extension file to be placed IN the control panel folder, so that it loads right after SB 2.0.3, replacing some part of INIT codes. It makes SB 2.0.3 system 7 "friendly", including a fix to the infamous cosmetic problem on the file-open dialog. It does not make a sys7-savvy version, however.
