What tools, books etc? Message-ID: <10824@castle.ed.ac.uk> Date: 5 Jun 91 11:36:12 GMT Distribution: comp Organization: Edinburgh University Lines: 18 I want to write programs for my LC. What compilers would people recommend? I see mention of THINK C and PASCAL and also MPW. THINK are advertised, what is and where would I get MPW from? I have done a lot of programming in pascal and C but none on a machine with windowing. I would therefore need a gentle introduction to mac programming, or are the manuals good enough to give the basics from which INSIDE MAC V1-?? would begin to make sense? Recomendations for useable/useful books please. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Colin Smart | Do not meddle in the affairs of Wizards crs@castle.ed.ac.uk | for they are subtle and quick to anger. -- Tolkien -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
