Version 6.2.1 is the current version.  It's available from APDA, or by
anonymous ftp from ftp.apple.com (130.43.2.3) in the
/ftp/dts/mac/tools/macsbug directory.

Version 6.2 had a couple of unfortunate bugs which could cause such
lockups.
