I was reading an old MacTutor article (Jan 90) and came across a
letter to the editor with "wishes" for the next macintosh finder.  I
was surprised because all 8 or 9 wishes in this letter have been
implemented in system 7.0 (such as opening DAs like applications,
opening CDEVs from a folder, etc).

Did this letter have a great impact on the design of system 7.0, or
