I couldn't find such an explanation. On the other hand, many
of the questions that used to take up so much net bandwidth are
now answered, like how to suppress printing a startup page and
how to download PostScript.

A pity the Contents page numbering is screwed up from Chapter 8
onwards. (Not a good ad for the DTP software listed at the end.)
