Has anyone a good method of preventing users _not_ logged into the console
from doing console (i.e. NeWS server) things? Sending a 'clock' to an
unsuspecting console user might not be a problem, but the 'exitcleanly' that I
accidentally issued today certainly is. Can anyone save me from myself?
