Hi,
	Our Sun-3/60 decided to ignore us, and when it was rebooted,
it responded with:

	sd: sense key=3  error=11,  block 0
	sd: sense key=3  error=11,  block 0
	sd: sense key=3  error=11,  block 0
		.
		.
		.

repeated about a dozen times, then

	Device not found
	>

Can anyone from the net enlighten me as to the cause and/or solution
to this dilema??
