(these applications are not using the resolver functions, in order to translate from host name to host address) I am NOT running NIS at the server. Is this a problem ? I know, via nslookup, that the server is well configured. Any help would be GREAT ! Thanks in advance. PS: 1. I am NOT subscribed to sunspots list yet, so please E-MAIL me. 2. I have heard something about a list called sunnet-manager (I guess). Someone out there could point me its location ?
