There is a typo in the submission for sun-spots that I sent you
(the announcement of version 2.31 of ups).  I misspelt the name
of one of the FTP sites - I put ftp.uni-keoln.de where the correct
name is ftp.uni-koeln.de (i.e. I transposed the 'o' and 'e' in
`keoln').  I'd be grateful if you could fix this before sending it
out.  No big deal if you can't.
