Three questions: what are typical hardware problems? how much does such a typical problem cost to be fixed by SUN? how long does it usually take for SUN to fix such a problem if one does not have a maintenance contract? If anybody has experience regarding these questions, I would very much appreciate if they could tell me about it. After all, the maintenance costs amount to a 386/33MHz after only three years.
