Nothing worked. If you ordered the rev 1.01 BIOS from Tandy Nat'l Parts, and you told them it was an upgrade for the rev 1.00, they would have sent you the BIOS ROM and a PAL. The BIOS will not function properly without this new PAL. Perhaps you ordered just the ROM. I did this upgrade to my sons Tandy 1000, and it now boots and runs a hard disk fine.
