It has a previewer and a collection of printer drivers. I have used this on a notepad computer on trips as well as bigger PC's. It has TeX, MetaFont, and a collection of TeXtape utilities. I got my copy from the machine msdos.archive.umich.edu; look in the msdos/TeX directory for EmTeX, dvips547.zip (if you have a PostScript printer), and fonts subdirectories (in particular).
