In retrospect, I've decided that cnvtbib.el does not properly
belong in [anonymous.tex.utilities.emacs-modes] (since it is not
properly a "mode"). It has been returned to
ymir.claremont.edu:[anonymous.tex.bibtex.utilities]cnvtbib.el

Also, the files for the WEB Emacs mode have been moved from
[anonymous.tex.utilities.web-emacs-mode] to
ymir.claremont.edu:[anonymous.tex.utilities.emacs-modes]
see the 00readme.txt file in that directory to see which files
are which.
