I have just uploaded
ymir.claremont.edu:[anonymous.tex.inputs.latex-contrib]unixman.sty/tex
The files were posted to comp.text.tex by the author on
12-April-1991.

It provides output somewhat like that given by [a-z]roff manual
pages.
