I have just uploaded brief.sty, brief.tex and briefdoc.tex to
ymir.claremont.edu:[anonymous.tex.inputs.latex-contrib]
The files were obtained from listserv@hearn.

These styles are a revised letter style according to Dutch NEN
norms.
