I have just uploaded

These are three sets of Dutch hyphenation patterns, as listed
below:

*  neHyph1 TeX : shortened Celex-list, all lines with a 5 in them removed,
*                in order to be able to load it when you can't stretch
*                the 'triesize'
*  neHyph2 TeX : long and powerful (author: Celex, Nijmegen)
*                Note that this requires stretching the 'triesize'
*                of both TeX and IniTeX!
*  neHyph3 TeX : The (very short) patterns for Dutch created by Peter Vanroose
