I am using Sake J. Hogeveen's Astronomical BibTeX style and I would like
to see it varied so that et al. in a citation appears in italics (as most
journals do).  Unfortunately, I cannot reach the author at the address he gives
in the package documentation.  Has anyone seen the modification I seek, or
know the current whereabouts of Sake J. Hogeveen?
