The problem is, it's really inconvenient to maintain a seperate binary of this program for these two (otherwise compatible) OS releases. Is there any way for me to tell at runtime which version of the OS is running? Some library version number or something? Any suggestions are welcome (except ones which involve grepping through files... :-)) -- Jamie
