Distribution: usa Date: Fri, 31 May 91 18:20:32 GMT I recently saw the program which runs through the lastlog file and produces an output list of usernames and lastlogs. It's slick, I like it, and I'm wondering if there is something similar for lastcomm files. At this site, the accounting information is archived every evening. While the "last" command has a -f (file) option, "lastcomm" does not. Is there anyone out there who wrote a hack to parse through it correctly, and if not, does anyone know the file format? My thanx to the net...Ace --
