I would like to get a copy of an article "Screen Updating and Cursor
Movement Optimization: A Library Package" by Ken Arnold.  I don't have
access to any of the AT&T reprinted articles and wasn't sure where to
start looking for it in the library.  I would like to port a "curses"
package for MS-DOS to the OS9 operating system.  The functionality is
already there, but need to change things to use terminal capabilities
in a "termcap" file instead of direct video memory access.
