Does anyone have a binary for this?  I don't feel like re-inventing
the wheel, and while I don't see anything on tesla.ee.cornell.edu, the
tcsh binaries at tesla are for the latest version of tcsh and at the
moment, all I need is something reasonably functional.  Thanks.
