My DECstation is running UWS 4.1. tip and uucp can dial out and connect with 
remote systems.

I am having trouble getting uucp transfers working with a PC UNIX system which 
is running ESIX SysV3.2 D (AT&T UNIX(tm) SysV3.2).

The ESIX system comes with Honeydanber UUCP. I have established numerous uucp
accounts with the ESIX box and other machines. The DS is the first that I'm
having trouble with.

The DS will dial out & connect with the ESIX box. uucico starts up and they
agree to use g protocol. Then comes an expect/send problem which locks up the
session. After trying a number of times and timing out, each side waiting for
something it never receives, the session is aborted.

Does Digital use a dialect of the g protocol that the rest ot the world does
not? What gives?
