The guy I talked to said "What's a CRC? Is that a new program?" (They did, several hours later give me the CRC's I needed, but that guy made my day. Kept me laughing for hours!) I think that they need to train their tech people just a little more... Also, MS now has a DJ of their own. Renee Roberts
