But... One machine, which has a SCSI drive (the others are MFM or ESDI) and an SVGA monitor (ET4000 board with 1 Meg of memory, others are VGA or double- scan CGA), refuses to run Paradox under Windows, exiting with: Not enough FILES in CONFIG.SYS to run Paradox. Of course, increasing the number of FILES (which was 40) to even ridiculous heights (like 99) doesn't help. Since we rarely actually use Paradox under Windows, this isn't real important, but I'd really like to know... -l
