I posted a question asking for a graphics file converter that
would convert GIF<->PCX.  This is one of those times where I've been
staring at NEKO too much.  I don't know what I was thinking, but there
are oodles of GIF<->PCX programs, just coincidentally none of the ones
I'd looked at.  Please excuse my derangement.
