I just got Borlands C++ 2.0 and it had a card in it for the C++
Journal. Any comments about the Journal?

One of the FREE gifts is the NIH C++ lib. Is that a free (ftp'able)
object library or does is cost $$$ (and thus really a savings on the
journal price)? Any comments about the class library when used with
B++?
