Does anyone have any of the following enhancements:

1. OpenWindows 2.0 olwm SAVE_SCREEN_LAYOUT enhanced
so that it would recognize all windows on the screen rather than just
XView windows.

2. SAVE_SCREEN_LAYOUT enhanced so that changes are MERGED into the existing
openwin-init rather than overwriting it

3. PROPERTIES modified so that it only MERGES into Xdefaults those
properties that it sets, rather than writing out all resource manager
properties.
