xloadimage won't recognize g3 files made by pbmtog3. For example, I can
start with a g3 file xloadimage likes, convert it to pbm, and back to
g3. It likes the pbm file, but not the second g3 file.

Going one more step, if I use g3topbm again applied to the g3 file
xloadimage wouldn't read, it produces a pbm file that xloadimage
likes.

This is with xloadimage version 3 patchlevel 1, and pbmplus 05/91.
However, the problem seems to be there in earlier versions too.

Anyone know if the problem is in xloadimage or pbmplus? Is there a
fix?
