general interest magazine, but since you mentioned Appletalk, I will presume
that you are looking for one for the blind.
I can think of two off the top of my head,
Raised Dot computing Newsletter, $30 per year on disk, 608-257-9595 and BAUD,
Blind Access User Discussions from Microtalk, 502-897-2705 I think.
