I found out an interesting thing. Many sheltered workshops have
gotten this loan for some reason or another. It was a puzzle to me
why that was allowed. Seems to make it hard for a common person to
get one then. Try calling SBA and SCORE (Service Core of Retired
executives) to get info and tech assistance there. Good luck
