Indeed. The obvious thing that comes to mind is keeping each site's
entry in it's own file. A simple makefile entry might look like:

	sys:	FRC
		cat sys.* > sys

With a bit more work, any recently changed entrys might be
sanity checked beforehand. And I suppose sys will have to be locked.

Besides, relaynews already has enuf files open, without having
to open another one for each of your 700 newsfeeds :-)
