It's worth noting that the slightly insane attitude taken by many posters that software should punish users for making mistakes does not seem to be shared by the authors of Cnews themselves, who seem to be genuinely interested in trying to fix the problem without the attendant problems to do with mail. So, we all know you're just a little peeved Mathew, but how about being real sweet to that nice Mr Spencer 'till we can find a fix?
