KTRU is the Rice University radio station, and Happy's music would fit their format. (They do play Kate and all sorts of alternative groups). I used to have a slight involvement with KTRU (I booked bands for the pub down the hall from the station, and arranged the first simulcast KTRU did). Sorry but that was a *few* years ago, I don't know who's managing the station now. I think KTRU's address is: KTRU Rice University Ley Student Center Houston TX 77001 (If any Owls are reading this, and this address is wrong, please send or post the correct one!) but I am not 100% sure. However, getting Happy on KTRU could get her tapes and CD into Houston's local music stores.
