I have a VHS video tape made here in Oregon in NTSC format 
and I would like to convert it to PAL format.  This is a 
tape of my dance class here at OSU and it would be really 
great if I could watch it when I return to my home in 
Germany.  I don't know much about these things.  Can I send 
it somewhere to have it converted to PAL ?   Even better, 
can anyone on the NET do this for me ?  I would be happy to 
reimburse you for expenses.
