Some crystal manufacturers have minimum orders far below $100. They make what you want, within some limits: they have a variety of case styles and tolerances and oven/non-oven options to choose from. You can within limits pick fundamental or overtone mode. You choose the load capacitance (or series resonance). Here are two to try: JAN Crystals, 2341 Crystal Drive, Ft. Myers, FL 33906 (800)237-3063. They accept VISA orders. .01% tolerance crystals in the range you mentioned are around $5 each, I believe. No minimum order that I'm aware of, but they might not like a $5 VISA order. International Crystal Manufacturing, 701 W. Sheridan (PO Box 26330) Oklahoma City, OK 73126. (800)426-9825. Prices slightly higher than JAN; don't know if they accept VISA orders over the phone. Jan is a bit slow (a couple weeks, typically). International used to be very fast, but I haven't ordered from them in years 'n years, and they don't advertise speed like they used to. Jan does have an express service, still much under $100! Custom crystals are cheap enough that unless you aren't picky about the frequency (or it's a really standard frequency like 3.579545MHz), you are better off ordering than asking.
