No Joke !) Apparently that is the name of some kind of little glass cage with built-in water and food plus waste disposal mechanisms. CNN mentioned it in passing as they reported that one of the thirty rats was 'bumped' from Columbia's flight due to malfunctions in the aformentioned REM !
