There are general admonitions for believers to submit to other believers. But husbands are never specifically told to obey their wives in the Bible. They are told to love them (Eph 4:25), care for them just as they would take care of their own bodies (Eph 4:28-29), and to treat them in an understanding and respectful manner (I Peter 3:7).
