I'm converting some scripts from BSD to Sys V.  One of them uses the
cat utility and the BSD -n option, however the Sys V version of cat
doesn't have this option.  Questions:

1.  Is there any Sys V way to do a cat -n?

2.  Can I get the source code for a PD BSD-style cat with the -n option?
