You will first receive an letter asking to to agree to limit your use of the
algorithm to research.  Commercial applications require a license from JURIK
RESEARCH.  When the agreement is signed and returned, you will get the latest
manuscript on the algorithm, including its implementation in Pascal for solving
the 14-2-14 encoder/decoder problem.
