All files of the form <female_name>.gif :-)

Seriously, I recently recommended the same thing for moderating
comp.graphics.  Just have a list of known suffixes and canned responses.
Force them to send you a mail message claiming that 'dontstop.au' 
isn't really an obscene sound sample...
