5) Provide selective access control based on host/domain, allowing each
   different host or domain or group thereof, to be separately limited
   on access times, access controls, anonymous access, maximum number
   of users from host/domain group, etc.

6) Allow authorized users (you can authorize all if you want) to create
   their own ".anonftp" subdirectory, which the server will make appear
   as part of the accesses from anonymous ftp, while protecting the
   remainder of the user home.  Of course this would be admin optional.
