The old.questions file is an 88K database of all sorts of questions
that have been asked in comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc and
comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d over the last 13 months.  It's actually
interesting to see how many questions we see are merely repeats of old
questions.

The old.questions file can be obtained from the comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc
archives; consult the monthly Frequently Asked Questions file for
instructions.
