Hello.  I've developed a Windows game that I'd like to upload to SIMTEL20.
I could not find an "upload" directory on the server, nor could I find any
text on the subject.  Could someone please help?  The game, by the way, is
already on cica.cica.indiana.edu in the /pub/pc/win3/games subdirectory,
called chompw11.zip.
